My sons love going to beans n' cream and trying one of their 16 flavors. This time we got Butter Pecan, Cappuccino Chip, Superman, and Cookies and Cream. The atmosphere is welcoming, the ice cream is fantastic, and it helps a small business owner! What a win-win for everyone. In the past I have tried their pastries, cookies and breakfast food, no complaints. Being so close to Johnny Downs ice cream after a game is a great way to have fun after a victory or loss.
I haven’t had one from every coffee shop in Alexandria, but I feel I can confidently say that this place has the best iced latte in Alexandria. Their espresso has a top notch quality taste.
This place is great, I'm glad to see a nice ice cream/coffee shop like this in Alexandria. The ice cream itself is very smooth and creamy, sort of like Blue Bell. My family and I were very impressed. I also had coffee, which was very good. The coffee is pretty flavourful, but not overpowering like CCs. Clearly, other folks like this place too, because it gets pretty crowded. I hope they're around for a long time.
